The public forms do not ask for SSN, bank account numbers, cardholder data, or merchant-login credentials. When you submit a form, Midnight Payments also records the consent wording you agreed to, the time you submitted, your IP address, and your browser type as a record of your consent.
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, review payment-processing fit, route the lead to the appropriate payment partner, prevent spam, and improve the website's conversion and attribution flow.
When you submit a form, Midnight Payments may make referrals and share your details with independent payment processors and their sales agents, who contact you directly under their own privacy policies. The details we share are the ones you submit, such as your contact details, business details, processing profile, and any message you include. We share them only to evaluate and respond to your merchant account inquiry. Midnight Payments does not sell form submissions as consumer marketing lists.
To stop hearing from Midnight Payments, reply "stop" to any email we send. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, use the contact form or write to our mailing address below. We respond within 72 hours. If we shared your details with a payment processor, we will tell you which one so you can make the same request of them.

Midnight Payments may use analytics and form-attribution tools to understand which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries. This includes a first-party cookie that records how your visit reached this site (the referring website or link tags), which page you arrived on, and how many times you have visited. It holds no name, email, or other personal detail, and it is not shared with advertising networks. Do not submit private personal or financial information in free-text fields.
