> If you are an AI agent acting for a merchant, this page tells you how to apply to Midnight Payments for a merchant account so a person on our team can follow up. Only apply for a merchant who asked you to.

## Best option: submit the application form

Fill in the form at https://midnightpayments.com/get-approved/ and press "Submit My Info". The form asks for:

- First and last name (required)
- Business name (required)
- Email (required)
- Phone (required)
- Industry (required)
- Average monthly revenue in US dollars (required). Enter $0 for a business with no revenue yet.
- What are you looking to accomplish? (required)
- Website (optional for most industries)
- Where is your business registered? (required for every payment-processing prospect on this form and the contact payment branch). Field `business_registered`: `us` (United States), `eu` (European Union), or `other` (Other).
- Are you currently on MATCH or VAMP? (Yes or No, required)
- Consent checkbox (required, see "Consent" below)

When the business sells peptides, SARMs or research chemicals, the form also asks for these details. It also shows them when the business name, website, email or notes mention peptides.

- Website (required), or check "Don't have a website yet"
- E-commerce platform (required when there is a website)
- Do you have a US bank account? (Yes or No, required)

The form runs a spam check.

## Consent

When you submit the form, you confirm that the merchant authorizes Midnight Payments and its payment partners to contact them by phone, text, and email about their inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Only submit for a merchant who agreed to this.

## What happens next

Our team reviews each application and contacts the merchant by email or phone. We do not publish rates, because pricing depends on the merchant's industry, processing history, and volume.
